What should I work on first?

Writing the E-book, or creating the Sales Page for the E-book.

Also is there any program or website that can help you create a sales page with templates?

If you write the ebook first you know what the future buyers wan or what problem they have and it will be much easier for you to write the sales letters.

So true! Thanks for that.

yea eBook should be first. And you can get inspired from it to write your sales page.

I always write the ebook first and sales page after that

imo, depends on what you know about your market. if it is a market/niche you are new to i would write the sales page first, drive traffic and see if there is demand for the ebook. if so you can put them off by telling them that you are revising some important points and you will email them the finished product in a week. then either write it yourself or outsource it. done. trust me, you do not want to spend time writing an ebook that has no market.

if you know your market well and know it will sell (ie, have worked in the field or share the same interest), then pumping out the ebook should not take much time and spend time on the sales letter with important bullets from the ebook.

hope that helps.

I agree with MontyP 100%. If you're going to be testing your sales pages you can always drive some cheap traffic to one or two that you stuck up before writing the ebook or while you're writing it. After they click the "Buy Now" button, you can just have it redirect to an opt-in form that will give them a "coupon" for 40% off or something to make sure they come back and buy from you when it's ready. Plus, you know that everyone that clicked that button is a "buyer" and you now have a responsive list.

Of course, it's important to know WHAT you're putting into the product first and that comes from researching your market and what you know they will want first.
