I want to create an ebook membership site. However, I'll be using copyrighted material. To avoid DMCA issues, I've used off shore hosting that ignores those warnings. I also purchased domain privacy. Is there any other safety measures to ensure my anonymity?

It won't work. I had to go after a lowlife like yourself once and it took my lawyer all of 1 week to bust through all of your privacy techniques. Create your own product so you don't spend the rest of your life making payments to someone who cares about their IP.

Just don't do it would probably be the best response.
If you were to hypothetically do this it would take some work. First off, regardless of your "DMCA PROOF SERVER" you need to disconnect your identity from the server. This would be using a VPN/Tor to set up the servers, and using BTC or WU for payments.
The operational costs/time put into opsec to run an ebook site would not be worth it.

So what did your lawyer do?

Also payments are optional no one really has to pay up if they lose a lawsuit.

They can garnish your wages, leavie your bank account, take retirement accounts, investment accounts, seize your assets. Yes, they will get their money. I would suggest discussing your idea with an attorney before you end up in a world of hurt.

yeah its really hard for you to get successful if you live in the US, unless you are planning on running it on Panama then things could be different!
