Ebola Outbreak: What do you guys think?

I for one am tired of the constant ebola hysteria on news, media, etc.

"My technique is don't believe anything. If you believe in something, you are automatically precluded from believing its opposite." - Terence McKenna

Plain and simple it is the government.... NWO... look up FEMA death camps.....

How gullible are you?

Every sizeable news story is rapidly followed by idiotic conspiracy theories.

I'm sure there are two guys in this world somewhere who are in the middle of a long standing competition.

They both make up the most stupid conspiracy theories they can think of and then whoever gets the most idiots to believe them gets to wear the 'I control the most idiots' hat

Every sizeable news story is rapidly followed by idiotic conspiracy theories.

It has nothing to do with gullibility, it has to do with more and more people recognizing there are intelligence agencies, propaganda campaigns and contracted organizations that commonly orchestrate black ops, covert ops and psych ops. It has gotten so obvious over the years that is the case, that thinking people have to factor in whether many 'news developments' and coverage are merely an attempt to steer mass opinion, or grease the wheels for supporting a policy. That's not being idiotic or "gullible," but practicing critical judgment, and not buying each line fed to us by the government or media. To repeat, all you have to do with the ebola story is track back all the government assurances given about having the African situation under control six months ago, to realize 1) things are worse than they're saying, and 2) the media is cooperating, in order to allay fears or mass panic.

The very pejorative use of the phrase "conspiracy theory" dates back to CIA memos in the '60's that outlined how to beat back any criticism of the official story about the JFK assassination---the term itself is just a government op. Most of us here do remember the WMD lies told us to justify invading Iraq, yes? Or just a year ago, the "Syria dropped chemical agents on it's own people" line (shown afterwards to be another lie), concocted to try to get us into war with that country? Or, how about the MH flight shot down over eastern Ukraine, that US officials and media saturation covered as being done by Russia? Clearly, if this were the case, the subsequent review of the radar and flight recorder data would have confirmed this, and would have been widely covered by that same media. The fact that the media dropped the story soon afterwards is an indication that the data does not implicate Russia, so they no longer what to talk about it. And so on.

If an organization wants to control the world, why they need population reduction?
Lower population means lower income from taxes, lower productivity, and general problems as some sectors that require specific knowledge/skills (pilots, nuclear technicians, doctors, etc.) may become severely under-manned. Resources will became scarce, services may be halted, and lawlessness will increase.

There are literally thousands upon thousands of books about NWO. If they are so mighty and strong, surely they have stopped these books by now? The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist. While we think that we would be controlled by some population-reducing NWO, we probably fell to another trap, that in fact we have been controlled by some invisible NWO.

Ebola is a disease.

Another thought question : If you think CDC is lying, who you will trusts? Will you now stay at home, install air purification system, plant your own food and find your own water, because you "know" that CDC will lie, and you "know" that through "facts" Ebola will be airborne?

I agree with most of what you say, but my comment was in response to a claim that Ebola was related to the government, NWO and FEMA death camps.

Of course people will use the media to promote their own messages and agendas when they can, but that's not the same thing as some of the ridiculous shit conspiracy theorists come up with

Right... You people are always like that. Any problems - call Batman. As if I don't have anything else to do... :P

OP you should be all over this...

IMO, ebola should be taken much more serious than it is from the US administration. All flights from Africa should be stopped yesterday. It takes 21 days for the virus to even show symptoms, so the 2 cases here in the US could have caused hundreds already. All I can say is I am glad I live in a very rural area... Close the borders too
It's impossible. They can't just stop all flights from the whole continent. People doing business in Africa, biggest american companies deliver their products there. So our country would never agree to such measures. Closing borders means financial losses

No, I don't think it would be pandemic in US. Yes, some people may get infected, but hygiene level in most cities in US are good that the disease can't transmit as fast as it does in Africa. Not to mention that US citizens know the basic of disease controls such as wash your hand before eating, take a bath every day, don't eat from the same plate as the sick person, etc.

Healthcare workers know about hygiene too, but they are the biggest victims of Ebola. There is no 100% safe way to prevent Ebola if one is near an infected person.

Her case highlighted the dangers health care workers face while caring for Ebola patients — more than 370 health care workers in the hardest-hit countries of Liberia, Guinea and Sierra Leone have died.

Dr. William Schaffner, an infectious disease expert at Vanderbilt University, said her case shows that health workers can be at risk not only in West Africa but in the sophisticated medical centers in Europe and the United States.

Ebola may not be spreading through air, but what if the virus mutates and takes a form that can spread through air?

Another risk that we face is Ebola reaches Asia. Asia's pollution density is much higher than that of Africa and the medical facilities in developing Asian countries aren't much better than that in Africa. Once Ebola starts spreading in Asia, it will be impossible to control.

im sorry for deaths, but its news, media every day about this ebola and making panic in people.. all these viruses made in laboritory in first place by crazy scientists. something similar like swine flu H1N1 in 2009 then pharmacy will come out with some cure and vaccine ''which they maybe have already'' and billions usd will be made from countries who purchase it main in africa and other countries to have in stock if disease spread to their borders.. after some time nobody will talk about this or mention it again. this is just what i think

Completely agree with you regarding "population control". It drives me crazy every time someone mentions that the government or corporations are trying to kill off everyone. When someone mentions it to me, I reply with a simple series of questions:

1) In your opinion, is the world run and controlled by corporations? - YES.
2) If it's run by corporations, isn't their priority to make the most money possible? - YES
3) How will they make money if people are dead? - Uhm...

Swine flu... Ebola.. Lol.

We should be much more worried about 1 in 2 people getting a STD before they hit 24.

I said the same thing. Stop the damn flights.

This is a good read :

I have to agree that Asia is more populous and hence more difficult to control, but I disagree on medical facilities. Some countries do have world-class medical facilities (Singapore, Malaysia), while some country do have great medical facilities, but have inadequate capacity (Indonesia, India). On average, most East Asia and South East Asia countries have better medical facilities than Africa, not to mention that the urban areas have working sewer systems.

I said the same thing. Stop the damn flights.

I don't think people understand the full ramifications of this.

Shutting down all flights from Africa over 5 sick Americans is complete overkill. That means shutting down international shipping, exports, imports, tourism, and thousands of businesses will suffer from it. Including my own cause I regularly source industrial grade moldicides from Africa. Have you seen what the SAPO (South African Post Office) strike has done to businesses so far?

The strike only shut down post offices in 4 regions (Capetown, Johannesburg, etc), so no mail is leaving those areas. But that 1 small change has put hundreds out of business and is forcing thousands (including my own) to raise prices.

Also, malaria and HIV have killed like a million times more times people than Ebola has so maybe we should just shut down Africa for eternity? Right now while they're having the largest economic boom they've ever had?

I think what Obama is doing is fine. They're screening all American passengers for the disease and that's all we need to do. If we wind up with hundreds of infected Americans, then yes, it would make sense to shut down flights. But 5? No way.

Lets do a mass suicide so ebola cant kill us. Also conspiracy theories will cease to exist :p

4) Since the elite (big banks, ultra-rich family empires etc) already has most of the money, isn't the issue for them to have more control? - YES.
5) Are there are "too many" billions of people standing in their way of having more total control of everything? - YES.
6) Regardless of whatever we think about eugenics, is it a known fact that these elites do discuss mass population control? - YES.
