1. ALWAYS under promise and over deliver, not the other way around,

2. If there is a problem, let the customer know. Don't let customer find out by package not showing up.

3. Read eBay and Paypal policy and study it. Your chances of getting scammed go down by 90% if you do.

4. Don't worry about feedbacks. It does not count in the big picture anymore.

5. Don't use price as your only selling point. People who sell for the lowest prices are competing against people who sell fakes and scammers.

6. Take good pictures! Pictures are 90% of what causes buyer to click.

7. Don't be lazy. Always ship promptly and answer all emails within 24 hours.

8. Always keep some money in paypal to cover for returns and refunds.

9. Do not do what every else is doing. That just becomes a contest of who can survive with least profits.

10. If you want to make good money at eBay, you have to have an edge over your competition. If you don't know what that edge is, you don't have one.
