now starting to do ebay dropship, where should i start and where to find the source. what tools help to raise the account and which banks support to add it to ebay.

Mostly on Youtube you will see many tutorials. Find one that looks genuine and try few sales with it first to get better idea

There are many tasks involved in creating a well-functioning stealth account, but when it comes to account management, there are plenty of tools that can assist you in easy multi-management

What tools do you need to do dropship, how do you manage multiple accounts, and then you have an order, how do you handle it?
 
Use some antidetect browser like gologin, multilogin, dolphin anty.. you can manager stealth accounts

gologin (manage accounts)+easync(sync listings/repricing) or autodc as variant that all of u need. And good proxies sure )
