eBay will charge fee for item refund ?

Hi everyone, i'm selling some product on eBay so i have a question:
Will eBay charge me 10% fee when i refund payment for buyer ? for example: the buyer made a payment but my product no longer available so i login to paypal and make refund. eBay will charge me ?
I dont know how to make refund on ebay website, i only know make refund on paypal website.

if they charged me fee, how can i get back that ?

You definitely should not be charged by eBay if you issue a refund through Paypal.

You open a case stating that you have issued a refund for your buyer and you both have agreed to cancel the transaction
Even if the buyer does not respond, you will be credited the 10% value
