eBay views/watchers bot

as I said in title about it, do you know that is it still has this thing? Before I had and tested and it actually worked but it was one year ago.

Also I will appreciate if some experienced people could help me with this question:

Let's say I used this bot and successfully got some views/watchers. Am I the only one who will see these watchers or anyone? Also is it boosting the listing because this is the main reason needing this.

To run this kind of bot you'll need tons of account to run it. Separate proxy and separate paypal for each, the cost to build such project would be big.
If its for yourself you better off buying watchers, but if you're gonna offer it as a service then it depends on how you're gonna market it and how much client you can get.
