then everyone who searches otterbox iphone 4 on ebay will see this listing, can sellers do that?
The same is happening with those sellers of S-Shock Watches, They Put "Not G-Shock" on the MPN of the listing, and then everyone who searches G-Shock watchs will find those S-Shocks '

No, they are not allowed to do that.

It is called search manipulation by Ebay, and it is only a matter of time before it is removed.

Yes, i m seeing top rated sellers doing that, thats why i m asking, but as the another guy said, we cant i cant run the risk of taking another ban on ebay, my policy compliance is in low already

Most of the time sellers will have feedback in the hundreds and accounts that have been established for more then a year. Once they have this they start to sell "high grade" replicas and yes they are able to sell thousands! The "eBay bots" over look these accounts and unless there are enough reports against them they can keep getting away with it. But there top rated sellers for a reason!

My account is 1 year old, 250 feedbacks, 2 negatives, my performance is above standard, i was selling ice watch then my listing was removed becouse of vero products, thats why my policy compliance is low.
