Ebay verified accounts on hold. HELP!

This is my first thread and I hope you all can help me out here.

First off I had created some ebay accounts few years back without verifying them and just last month i went and started creating verified paypal accounts and started linking the ebay accounts to the paypal accounts one by one and off course I changed the name and address and phone in each account to match paypal.

However, I tried listing items on the first one and the auctions were put on hold because ebay sent message about me contacting them to further verify my ebay account. now this was after I tried listing 5 auctions. I thought i did something wrong with the phone verification.

Now with the second one I got a tracfone activated and only tried listing one item and few minutes later same thing.

I am changing IP's , using different names addresses and I got already about three different cell phones numbers also using ccleaner to clear everything every time I change id's. and carefully keeping records of all info I have entered. Also, all names and addresses are made up.

Is there a way that ebay can figure out the names and addresses are phony?
What am i doing wrong to trigger these holds on these accounts?
Also, if I contact them, does anyone know what they will ask me?
And lastly, what is the best thing to tell them once i do contact them?

Probably the IP hopping and the change of info that triggered the holds on the accounts.
Ebay hate inconsistency and will freeze you until you verify and explain why your ip addys keep changing.

yes but when i sign into each account I check to see that the ip address is almost exactly as before. Maybe off by one or two numbers. I mean if you have static ip it will change a little. From what I have read you need to change ip when you deal with ebay. this is why i record even the ip addresses to be sure they are similar. and also that the ip is from area of address in the account.

IP doesnt make a difference, Its the cookies that you clear everytime.
Make user accounts in windows for each eb account, dont clear cookies, they dont like it and will ask for verification everytime.

Changing the account info can cause a red flag aswell.

so then maybe i should create brand new accounts with all matching id from paypal accounts?

what about when I go to list an item should I wait a day or a week?

I've use this method to create an ebay account.
1st I'll clear a flash cookies using Better privacy add on. (firefox add on)
2nd Clear Recent History (everything)
3rd Run a Ccleaner.
4th Restart my internet modem in 10-15 minutes.
After on the router check the imp adress either change or not. If not you need to restart you modem.
Then i'll create a new email,new ebay account and new paypal account.

It's better if you wait till 6 days or week before make any list.

i am using hide my ip can i keeping using or is it useless?

It's useless man.
Ebay can detect easily.
Use different browser, Change your IP, make sure all cookies a deleted.

The only thing about changing ips for me is i have cable modem from cable company and I already have an ebay acct of my own, so if I change ip then wont that throw up red flags on my account? also, if i do unplug my modem and plug back will i be able to change ip address since i do not have dynamic ip?

one more thing do you think it is ok to have two different ebay accts on one ip? because i just realized I can just use the new one to sell my stuff.

If you are identical with names, ip and other details then no way to get cought; but for security purpose I recommend you make separate ip for separate account and do not overlap.

IF you register with the same name,address and paypal, ebay will hold your new account again.

But this is the thing i am not doing that. i am changing everything even changing ips and clearing cookies. i am not using hide my ass for that though i have hotspot on my verizon phone and am able to change ip that way now.

pretty much if you want to bash ebay, have a seperate VPN for each account and clear everything down before logging into a new account
