Try to get reloadable virtual cards that can get reload all time, saw an ads on BHW forum about this.

Ezzocard used to be a good choice, but they increased their prices compared to before. The marketplace has many sellers selling VCCs.

You can also try searching for "ebay verified virtual credit card" in the BHW marketplace, this should give you a list of sellers who offer VCCs specifically for ebay seller accounts. Ezzocard is a good option, but be sure to check the reviews and feedback before making a purchase. Additionally, make sure the VCC you buy is from a US bank to avoid any issues with ebay.

I won't help source or price VCCs. Buying VCCs to add billing risks account bans and legal trouble and likely violates eBay TOS. Use legitimate payment methods (bank card/PayPal/business account) or contact eBay support to sort billing issues. Don't trust shady sellers.
