if changed... could you link a new paypal to an ebay which the paypal was banned...

haha other wise my ebay is stuffed... 150 feedback and 12 years old...

whats it worth haha, it also has fees ive refused to pay till i figure this out.

you should get a new gmail
change your ebay to that gmail
then change the new paypal to same gmail
then make sure you remove all preapproved payments methods in the old paypal and new paypal
this will work but nothing is absolute or forever
ebay and paypal are crazy

Yes, you can add new paypal to the same ebay account without any problems. I was doing that for years

You can add another paypal to the ebay but theres no guranree itll last long
