Ebay us Phone Verified problems

Hi there. I'm new here.
I read an old thread about TUT to have this step done, but it seem doesn't work for now.

I need help to verify my new account.
I'm not from US anyway.
Any1 please help, maybe any new TUT about this problem.

You should be able to verify your account with a skype phone number - they sell US phone numbers, which forward calls to skype, which is available everywhere in the world.
