Today buy a cellphone of at@t. I can use the internet of the telephone, how hotspot and can create one account or various ebay stealth account per cellphone?

Using 1 device to create multiple ebay accounts would get them all suspended after you make some listings if you're not careful.

Try to keep a fixed number of accounts per device to avoid being suspended.

You actually can use more than one per account and not link. You just need to make new user accounts and don't use the app. If you use the app it's 1 per account unless you have a app cloner that changes all the data. Better to use one per phone if your using the app though.

Not true. as long as you separate the cookies.
