Hi, I will contact Ebay by phone as my Ebay UK account is suspended. What hours are native employees (British) at Ebay UK customer service active? I'm not talking about other contracted employees. I would be glad if you help.

Well it’s 9am in the UK now. I would imagine they’d be 9am - 5pm or similar. But probably not available on a Sunday, so try tomorrow.

Well, once I had an issue with eBay. I bought iPhone from my mother for her birthday but the iPhone was faulty and I was really embarrassed. Long story short, I contacted eBay via Live-Chat and they resolved the issue for me. Made a full refund after my mother returned the item.

Even though you'd be contacting UK support, It is extremely likely that support from India will answer the phone.

eBay UK customer service is typically available from 8 AM to 8 PM (GMT) on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends. Good luck!
