can ebay take down the auction of a replica watch just by looking at the picture?

Ebay will do whatever the hell they want. They will ban you if you look at them funny.

are there any sites like dhgate.com and belta.com

Any replica item will be taken down, usually immediately. If it is reported by someone then the company will come after you as well. Some people have nothing to do, but sift through actions and report them. And yes, egay will do what they want, when they want - as will paypal. :(

Well even if you are a Powerseller on Ebay they will and can fuck you over in no time, if you do something they might not like (you never know, they banned so many accounts for no reason).
Customer rights on Ebay, forget it, getting an answer or explanation from Ebay/PayPal support, forget it, only way is to sue them, but even that will cost you money and time;)

Egay is turning into adsense and banning people left and right for no apparent reason...

i had an auction for photoshop cs4 and that was taken down cos some penpushing fuck from adobe reported me!! Apparently i wasnt an authorised reseller!!

i hate egay, they always do what the fuck they want, and could give a rats ass about their sellers, i've been several selling accounts lol

yeah ebay is over. Nevermind theres always Taobao!

I wouldn't necessarily say that it is over with ebay. There is still plenty of money to make on ebay albeit you do have to deal with a lot of BS.

I had one removed for saying I would accept cash, apparently that is soliciting the sending of cash in the post which is against the rules!

They have done implemented something that detects words such as cash or money order and will remove those auctions.

well, if u sell it as a fake they can take it down for that. if u sell it as real and it's not, they can take it down for that. etc etc.. so dealing in replicas is probably not going to keep you going for too long. same applies if you were selling them on the streets.
