Ebay suspension

Hello,
I received suspension in ebay and do not know what to do, i tried to call them, but the number is not working(I live in Estonia). Is there anything i could do to get my suspension lifted?

I received warnings for trying to sell outside of ebay, stopped that so i don't know why i got suspended.

Second question would be, if i make a new ebay account or buy one, can i link it with my old paypal or will it get the new account instantly banned aswell?

All help will be appreciated, thank you in advance.

If you were banned for policy violations which it looks like, those bans are almost never reversed.

EVERYTHING must be new with a new eBay account. EVERYTHING.

Try to contact them again to understand why exactly were you limited.
Don't rush, take it easy.
Read and you will be able to create new account and several backup accounts.
You need everything NEW:

Never use your old paypal because sooner or later you will make a mistake and new account will be cross linked to your old suspended account.

Ebay is the HARDEST to contact. Contact info is buried somewhere and no response whatsoever. Tickets are automatically closed when they run out of reply. It's easier to contact someone in White House than to reach a proper ebay rep. They are a pain in the a** if you are ever left at the mercy of their help.

Anyways, keep trying. That's the only hope.

I would recommend for you to look for a forum specialized in eBay.
Try eBay suspension and paypal limited forums.

If your location is Estonia, buying US eBay account is useless for you.
Better create your own. It takes time but it's powerful.
You will need new name address mail IP bank account credit card paypal everything.
Any small detail you forget can link your new account to your suspended eBay account
