I wanted to give Ebay a try so yesterday i created an account, one hour later it was suspended for some reason. So today i created a new account same shit happened. This time it's an issue with my Paypal account in the email from ebay it said I had to check "Resolution Center" in my paypal account. But when I check it there is no case that needs to be fixed. Anyway my question is what do I do now?

Did you use the same Paypal with each eBay seller account.

Call Paypal customer service if you want an answer

I wanted to sell a few car manuals. No I did not use the same paypal info for the two accounts.

Just a minor update.. My first account needs to be verified by phone. My other account is now blocked. How do I go about this, is guess the problem is because I filled in some false info name address etc. But is there no way to create an account with fake info?

If you need some ebay accounts Id be happy to give you one FREE heck I have 50 ebay buyers account that were made in march of 2008, you would have to login to ebay account get all the info then change the email address as google disabled the email account. But I have been able to use the accounts to create sellers account with fairly easy all you have to do is get a vcc and a phone verify and your all set.

There are lot of ebay accounts are sure for sale but why does this happens? It happened with one of my friend. He waited a few days and tried with another account and it worked. But happened in the first time?

Sprticus - do you have any of those ebay accounts still available?

Try opening a new account filling up all information correctly. I wish you will succeed next time. Check if you are submitting you paypal account number correctly.

Well, if you were banned before by eBay then creating a new account on the same PC will get you banned again and again.

I used 3 different names/ credit cards and IP addresses and they still got me banned. Then I discovered that eBay implements a FLASH COOKIE that you can remove using the ADOBE FLASH COOKIE REMOVAL TOOL.... You cannot delete it from your browser as it is hidden and you have to use the tool.

I prefer to post from auctiva.. eBay actually never get to get all your statistics...

Good Luck

You need to clear cookies, flash cookies and a new IP(proxies or DSL) for such stuff.
I don't know why they deleted you the first time but they probably linked you with the previous account when they removed you a 2nd time.
