They went on a rampage started taking down a few of my auctions. No one even got their stuff yet to say if it was a replica or not. Plus i was selling tennis racquets and you got to like open it up to tell if its fake. I am so upset one of my auctions was up to $240. I just don't understand how they did it. Maybe the pictures I used?

It happens bro. Just get busy on creating another account. Like angelas111 mentioned aspkin has loads of information on how to do this without getting linked to your banned account.
... even if you are selling replica stuff , try and get some hand made pics ... and most important never cry they spank your account , create other one and do it again i'm just upset cuz my ebay and paypal account was made in 2001 and I just started building some feedback. I got my g/f's account which was made in 2005 so that ain't bad. Plus I'm making an account using proxies right now making it completely anonymous

Be careful with the proxies you use. If the x-forwarded header is not blocked you will almost certainly get your account banned.
