That's not the best advice. Buy accounts if You know what You are doing. People that struggle to create eBay accounts should be very careful when buying. It's more expensive and it does not guarantee any safety. Newbies should first learn how to create eBay account, then how to properly run it and then they can go ahead and buy whatever they like. From my experience, the biggest complaints come from buyers that just buy an account and assumes, that they can do whatever they like with that account. However, when a business buys accounts, I can understand that, because they just do not want to waste time creating etc.
