If I will subscribe for the 15$ or 50$ ebay store , the my 100 limit will just go away?

I don't think so. It will just put more gravity on your listings, but I don't think it will raise your limits.

After a few positive feedbacks as a seller your limit will increase every quarter, no matter if you purchase or not an eBay store.
