I hope someone can clarify the reasons why someone would set up an ebay stealth account (fake info) vs opening up an LLC (Real info)

There are many reasons, some legit and some not so.

The costs are no more then a couple of hundred of dollars.

The main legit reason is that they have previously had an account banned (for whatever reason) and wish to continue selling.

So just start a new LLC.
Unless ebay does not allow llc and only allows people too operate accounts as a solo.

Operating a company means you have certain legal obligations, duties and certain tax implications.
Some people prefer not to operate like this and prefer to stay under the radar.

Ok , here it is. I currently selll real products too the USA market.
I want too be able too create a different promotion/ program selling similar items too the world market. But I dont want
