eBay stealth. NEED HELP!

Okay, so I am thinking about making an eBay stealth account, and I have almost everything figured out except for how I am going to make a new bank account and what I am going to use for phone verification. Is Rushcard reliable to use? Has anyone ever used it before? What are some reliable virtual banks that don't require a big deposit? Also, what should I use for phone verification? I am located in the US, if that matters.

If you're in the US, why not just open a new account at a real bank? Those prepaid cards are bipolar when it comes to deposits, unless your name matches exactly.

You can use any prepaid phone for verification. Whichever the cheapest you can find should do.

I wouldn't use rush card. They built up a bad reputation over the years. You want to be as careful as can be when you are starting off. I don't understand what you mean virtual banks. I'm thinking VBAs but it seems like you are talking about a bank that gives you online banking. Credit unions in your area normally don't require a big deposit and are usually completely free checking or savings. Bigger banks want you to have a monthly limit in your account otherwise theres a monthly service fee. Got to shop around.
