eBay stealth accounts confirmation by email

Is it good to confirm ebay account by email or it's much better to confirm it by phone?

You can't confirm it by email, only way is by phone. By the way, when you try to verify your account, post something low risk like latex gloves or a piece of lint or something from the dollar store, then post it. When they call, it will say, if you are expecting this call, press (random number on keypad). Wait 5 seconds, then press the number. They will then say a 4 digit code. Write it down. After they are done, stay on the line for at least 10 secs. This proves that you are a new seller on ebay and are not just spamming accounts quickly. When you are verified, pick paypal as your default payment. Ebay likes that. DO NOT DELETE LISTING WHEN YOU ARE DONE. This raises red flags on ebays side. Always finish posting the item and wait at least 3 days or until it's been sold. I prefer to post something I actually want to sell

Hi, I have a question and hope you will help me
How can I verify by phone when I am not living in US ?! Should I use Skype service to do that ?!
Do u have any suggestion that is no cost ?!
They will call immediately or around 2 - 3 days after listing ?!

If you have a android or apple phone, download text plus or text me. Sign up with your stealth info, and when it asks you for a phone number type in a random number with the area code of your stealth address. Then when it asks you to pick a phone number area code, type in your area code of your stealth address. Make sure you have good quality high speed wifi or data though. Dialup 56k and 2G Data will NOT work, I was talking about verifying your phone number to setup a seller, not the MC999 callin. If you set it up right, then you won't have to call in. When you do callin, have your stealth info ready and rehearsed in front of you. Don't sound nervous, sound confident. Tell them what they want to hear, don't tell them you are going to dropship or stuff like that even if you are. They will ask you about your suppliers just say you bought them from the store or a garage sale or something. They will either tell you you are free to sell, or we don't like what your saying so we will limit you or restrict you. If they say your fine, this is the time to ask for a limit increase. Sneak that into the call once you are done verifying the MC999.

What should I do if they ask the scanned driver license or something like that ?!
I'm not living in the US and this is my first time with dropshipping so I do not have much experience.

I prefer to register on ebay.ca, no SSN verify and easier time doing stealth. However, it is much harder to get a limit increase there. If they ask you for your drivers license, I would ditch the account. Then again, forging Canadian docs isn't a crime if you aren't in canada

you have PM. I don't use skype

The only email confirmation that you can do is the email you have with Paypal.

I use Gmail as my email address provider for my stealth accounts.

Be absolutely sure when using Gmail to go to settings and check ''ask before displaying external content'' because they will link you by a cookie trail if you dont.

I am too looking to buy a stealth account. is there anyone selling those? hope it is at reasonable price. Thank you.

Both can (and do) detect your real location. Proof: Telesign.com - this is what PP and eB uses.

Open paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full , ctrl+F and search for: Telesign. You'll see them and many more used services used from PP to detect fraud rate, credit rate, validation of IDs, validation/real address, etc.
