Okay first off I have tried everything in the book, I have tried using family information for a ebay account, changing the IP, everything I do does not work so I was wondering if you guys could help me get back on ebay in anyway

you forgot to clear your cookies, cache, and flash cookies.

do that plus new IP and new EVERYTHING that includes email, PP, phone number, and CC

Have you tried running isolated machines? I.E. Virtual Machinese over VPN? Where are you getting your phone numbers from?

I never clear the cookies. Just create a new user a/c on the PC only for ebay/paypal. Cookies give you history, and it seems to work. Also, don't use a free vpn or use shared proxies!
