Ebay stealth account?

Hello,

I have tried to dropship amazon - ebay using dsmtool but get banned for reason I do not know.

Now I am looking to try this adventure again and I need a new account. The option I see is to buy or create a stealth account but I have few concerns.

Note that - I am not in the USA.

1. What adress should I put, I will ship the items from different states (USA) , will this activity flag me?
2. What if they ask me to provide identity documents of the person of which the account i registrated?
3. Do the IP location which I use need to be in the area of the registered adress?
4. Can i use my previous bank account to link to the new PayPal or I need to use VCC?

I would like to know this too how things work now in 2019

I use UK based stealth accounts i live in France and ship everything from France, with a French IP. But I started listing on these accounts super slowly. You will definitely need a new IP if you have been banned from ebay before.

Ebay have never asked for documents from me for accounts, Paypal have, but these can be bought in the marketplace, if you cant make them yourself.

You will need a new bank account for paypal. The bank account does not need to be in the same name as the account.

You do not want ebay, paypal or amazon to be able to link these accounts together in any way. Phone numbers, addresses, IP bank accounts card numbers they do check them all.
