eBay Stealth Account Restricted how to FIX

few days ago i created ebay and paypal stealth acc. used US IP and Address , everything mentioned in ebay stealth guide and even searched different Forums , so i was able to create an ebay account and link it to my US paypal , WHEN I CREATED MY 1ST LISTING IT WAS LIKE gta-4 ps3 DVD , and the next day my listing was removed an ebay mailed me this

So they need me to call them , so i would like to know that do i need the US no. i used to verify the acc. to call , or can i use my personal Indian No. to call them , the one i used to verify the account was hey wire no.

Any help to resole the problem would be appreciated

eBay can be very strict you have to play with there rules.
