Chances are selling something that you don't have in hand like pre-orders will get you banned. eBay and Amazon have been cracking down on DVD/CD sales in general recently. If I were to start with this, I'd start with used items first, since listing a bunch of new DVDs may result in eBay asking where you got them.

Thanks for your reply and info. Ive started selling other stuff for now. Was just wondering when i should go with the dvds? And should i start out with a few used dvds first before going with the new? And when i do start the new ones what kind of quanties should i start with and how often? Thanks again

Generally, I build an account for over a year or two before i go full blast on them, but that may be overkill. The problem with new DVD's is that due to piracy issues when you start listing a lot of them at some point they will ask you where you got them, and nothing short of an invoice from a legit US based distributor will pass. You should gradually increase listings of risky items and hope for the best.

You can sign the contract with official supplier. To have the necessary documents. And you can sell anything else.

Agree with toml3030, if you list this right away you will bring a ban on yourself that bar having a legit invoice will mean bye bye to your account. Better to take it slow and sell some used items first and build the trust on the account
