Hi,

After create the ebay stealth seller account with high selling limits, I can change the telephone number of sim card for google voice without problem ?

After creation - NO,
but maybe after a week or two, it should be fine.

Avoid voip like Google voice service and use real sims or provider who own real phone numbers.

PP still works with voip but it is no longer allowed on ebay,

New device, new PayPal and 4g lte internet connection.... The most important thing is not linked with any other ebay accounts

Please Dont use Gvoice numbers, they are VOiP , you will get a technical error message if you did that.

you can change the address and everything, unless phone number it"s bad idea

you can change it after 1 month if you change it on first days of account you will get suspended
