Setting up a stealth Ebay account is not too hard.
It's the Paypal portion that's the issue.
The whole point of a stealth account is to make money, and that money is of no use if you can't withdraw it.
Paypal put's limits on your account until it has been verified by adding a bank account. Paypal sends you a small deposit in your bank account which you verify; as you know. This would be fine if most banks didn't require correct information like your Name in order for a deposit to go through; there are some banks that don't need this to be verified. I know my bank account did, it didn't accept a deposit because my one middle initial wasn't included.
Anyway, this is where the problem is. It is illegal and considered fraud to create a bank account under false information. Since paypal requires a verified bank account to get limits reduced and you access to your money, it is very hard to do so without breaking the law.
And I suggest you don't break the law.
The only way around this is registering a business name, and then opening a bank account under that name.
This way you aren't committing Fraud, and you can at least be one step closer to properly claiming taxes; if you reach the sales limit to do so.
I know this information is already well known, but it is the biggest obstacle to running a stealth ebay account.
All the I.P hiding, and not letting cookies get mixed up is ridiculously easy, and you are a moron if you mess that up.
Opening a bank account getting it verified by Paypal, and selling LEGALLY on a Stealth account is another thing. I suggest it be the only way you do things, because you don't want the law on you.
