Greetings, We have a store on eBay, a 4-5 month old store with about 6000 products added. While sales were going well, our sales suddenly crashed and we couldn't find a solution despite contacting eBay. They say there is no problem with the account, but when we press f5 in the store, the number of products constantly decreases or it seems like there are no products. We tried it on many devices, the same problem. Has anyone experienced the same problem before?

It seems there may be a glitch affecting your product visibility. Try clearing your store cache, check if any third-party software is impacting the store, or review eBay's active listings tool for discrepancies. Contact eBay support again with screenshots or logs to escalate the issue
