Ebay serious issues

Hi

today i want to ask about some ebay experts here how could we get rid of this kind of scams

when we ship item we shipped it as explained

but i am suffering from this scam disease that i shiped exactly what i wrote but some time buyer told us that he just rec cover and nothing was inside

we are using usps for our deliveries

is there any way to protect our self?

So people are saying there was no item in the package they received? Are these items that were shipped internationally? Are they unregistered buyers? Zero feedback Buyers?

Please answer these questions for further guidance..

My Suggestions:
1. Take pictures of the item before you ship it in the package (before taping the box or closing envelope)
- It helps with Charge-backs on paypal as well.

2. Do not allow unregistered/intentional/buyers with lower than 10 positive feedback to purchase your items.

3. Ship with tracking if the item is expensive
- this way you can pursue small claims court, if you have their sig.. it helps trust me

I hate eBay scams.. eBay is my favorite website besides BHW and it makes me sick when people scam to be honest.

this case happened to me on tradesey actually

i shipped through usps and always a signed delivery

but the product we sent was in parcel but the buyyer said it is not

i dnt know why usps dnt write on receipt that what is inside box an give one copy to us and one to whome who receive it
