I went to sell an item and i got this.. http://puu.sh/FW6C

If you read 2nd to 3rd last line it says if i confirm my identy i can post more in that section. Am i able to do that If i am using my dad's paypal account under his name and my ebay account under my name?

Most likely that won't help you increase the category limit.

Try listing your item using a different but similar category and a slightly different listing title.

don't think so. you have to bond your paypal id to ebay account

Not sure, your listing limits will increase over time, the more you sell with good feedback. Why can't you use your own paypal account?
