Why dont you build the ebay account yourself and keep all the profits ?

For that amount of sales, I'd need to meet in person. I'd only offer cash on collection, and fees to be paid in advance.

Gonna assume you have all the legit vehicle documents?

I'm on building my account but I guess he's looking for those with PayPal business accounts which I don't have. I'm aware I can buy those but wouldn't want to risk.

But generally vehicle sales are cash/cheque, no? You don't need a major PP account.
