Try bind your paypal account to your eBay account and that should work

Check that message once again it shows that you have reached the limits of this month.this may be the reason for that message ,balance temporarily unavailable.

The "balance temporarily unavailable" message appears during the time of the processing the last invoice. This will resolve on it's own. As for selling limits, as someone already said, check your messages. Your account might have been restricted.

Is your ebay account new? If yes, then ebay places restrictions on how many items you can sell until they trust you more. One way to get around this is for you to send them a copy of your drivers license and they may remove any volume restrictions...

if send my driving licence copy it will fine ???
