Ebay Sellar Accounts/ need answers

Im really interested in dropshipping via amazon to ebay, and obviously the biggest obstacle is getting the seller rep to then draw people in to actually buy your product, The only direction i've been pointed in so far is to purchase a stealth account but i for one would like to know how to establish a proper ebay seller account. And another question is if i wanted to run all my earnings to my paypal and went to buy the product on amazon for my customer, is there an alternative to purchasing the product without using your personal bank account? As there is no option to pay using paypal on amazon. And how to deal with your customers when they're package takes 30 days to get there on top of the time that ebay holds your money which is 21 days then the shipping time.
