Ebay scam?

I see these Chinese guys listing expensive products for very cheap but charging super high fees for shipping and handling.
I'm thinking this is a setup to minimize the risk of money recovery, since shipping costs can be deducted?

Not sure what this is but something ain't standing right if they have to go through that route to get paid.

just a game... its duplicate offcourse! they reduce items price and increase shipping charge! so they can cover some in shipping..

eBay has a money back guarantee for ALL that you paid. He probably wants to lower price of product to have people thinking its really cheap then he gets them with the shipping cost lol. Or he sends a fake product, if its fake you'll get your money back and be asked to destroy it. So be cautious, see if he has good reviews.
