Ebay sales drop by almost 90%!?

Ok, so I am pretty worked up over this as eBay is my main source of income when it comes to IM.

In the last month I have seen my sales plummet by almost 90%.

Nothing has changed, my products and competition are the same. The only thing that has changed is I have become a top rated seller but surely this would only increase sales?

The thing is none of my listings have the Top Rated Seller label on them as I can't do 1 day delivery. Would this have anything to do with it?

Nope, not at all. I have no idea whats going on!

How often do you add new products? It is hard to analyze ebay! There is bunch of software, gurus' advices but it is all bullshit! The only way to see if something sells is to list it. How many products in total do you have?
