ebay restricted me in one category

clothes/apparel after one buyer with 1 feedback opened a case against me and won even though she was in the wrong.

I had a pristine record 150+ no negative and about 3 cases in a 5 month span..

I tried listing an item under clothes/sneakers and received an alert that I was restricted in this category..

I email ebay and they say to call them.
Wtf is this?

Just call them, they still want your money, they just want to make sure everything is sorted out so you don't start getting more disputes.

Definitely call them... had a friend that had a similar circumstance and it was resolved.
