I have several ebay accounts and I can make one report to each item, per account, from different IPs. How much money are you willing to spend? What are you maximum number of reports per item you are willing to pay? i managed to get most of the listings taken off and sellers scared eonugh for their account to not put the items back, but some were stupid enough to put them back up i will put them down again, eventually they wont do it again.
