Ebay replay

I want to buy a e-book named ebay replay. anyone knows about that? I was trying to contact the admin to ask is there any updates and changes have they made to this e-book since it's the year of 2012 but no response, anyone who has bought this e-book before, I would appreciate it if you could share some information about that. thanks guys.

I just have another question. I just post here. I've sent a few invoices out over the last couple of weeks and my customers can't pay using their credit cards. (they don't want to set up paypal account) The two pages of " review you invoice" and "review your payment" pops up back and forth all the time after clicked " pay now" , could you guys please help me out this problem, what's the reason. paypal really can't pay invoice nowdays? ?
