So I Was selling A few Snoop Dogg G Pens on Ebay and my listing was removed due to their "Drug paraphernalia" rules. I didn't advertise it as used with wax or any of the following. I did mention the word dry in the listing title and that the kit is not meant to be used with E-liquid to try to prevent any idiots buying it not knowing what it is and then leaving neg feedback. But I really feel like all I'm selling is a battery and some other common supplies.

The Email I got says

"After reviewing your eBay account, it looks like you haven?t followed our Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia policy. We understand that you may not have been aware of this policy or that this may have been an oversight, so we're including some policy information to help you with your future listings. We also had to take the following actions:
- Listings that didn't follow eBay guidelines have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

Drug paraphernalia, or items designed or primarily intended for making, concealing, or using a controlled substance are not allowed on eBay. Although some items may be legal in some areas, listings for these items are not allowed on eBay because of their potential to harm eBay members.

For more details on our policy, go to:

While this product may not be illegal or problematic in your area, we do not allow vaporizers or accessories that can be used for dry herbs, hash, BHO, or wax as eBay considers them to be drug paraphernalia. While we appreciate that you have chosen to utilize our site, we must ask that you please not relist this particular item. We would have loved to explain this to you over a phone call, however, this item was removed outside of our calling hours. (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM)

Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with this information and be sure that your current and future listings follow these guidelines. If they don?t, they'll be removed and we may, at our sole discretion, decide not to refund your fees. It could also result in additional actions, including loss of buying and selling privileges on eBay.

If you have any more questions, contact our policy experts.

So my question is, is it safe to remove the word dry, add a few things in the listing such as :
"This Item is not to be used with any illegal substances. This item does not include any paraphernalia
This Item is intended only for use with E-solids and E-Liquids"
And relist it? or would that result in being removed again/suspended? :/

Ive had this happen If your using stealth accounts move on to another account and list

There's an infinite list of items. Get rid of that one and pick something that eBay doesn't have a problem with

A million times better to be safe than sorry

No, you're not allowed to sell any vape products at all, so you will still be eventually be banned.

I thought you can sell but no nicotine liquid etc?

vape pens are considered e cigarettes and thus banned. Hookahs and water pipes are allowed if they don't contain actual tobacco.
