I believe my competition is reporting my listings, and they are getting taken down.
Mc036 - This is the code in the message eBay sent me. I phoned there customer support and replied to there email (still waiting response from the email)
But the guy on the phone read my listing and agreed with me and said eBay took it down for something im NOT doing. But he said there's nothing he can do, and to just wait for the response email.. Well time is money, is there anyway to prevent this from happening again?

I cant relist my items as they will get taken down again and it reflects on my account as a repeat offence although im not breaking any terms.

Thanks.

I'n my experience:-
1. ebay don't read your first email on an issue. I'm pretty sure they use an artificial intelligence scanner to formulate a response. Its not until you respond to that email that you will get some kind of actual human help.
2. anyone who you call at ebays only job is to get you off the phone and wait for some kind of response from another part of ebay.

Mc306, according to Google, is adult material. Take out the offensive material and relist or put in an adult category. You have no chance in getting ebay to change their understanding of what adult material is so don't try and fight the system, just comply.

ebay cares more about buyers than sellers sadly...some policies are plain ridiculous

Perhaps you could blacklist your competitors from bidding? (y' know - the blocked users list)

Just a suggestion, not sure if that change anything regarding your matter.

Hi, Thanks for the reply,
No adult material used or any strong language.
This is the reason i received in the email they sent after taking my listings down:

MC036 eBay Listing Removed: Mailing List and Personal Information

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list your Fixed Price listing(s). However, we have removed your Fixed Price listing(s) because it breaches our Mailing List and Personal Information policy

As i said even the guy on the phone read through my listings and agreed it was taken down in error.
Is there away to block users from ever seeing my listings or even see my ebay ID?

See:
eBay Policies
If you have any of those a competitor could of easily reported you to eBay.
Moral of the story:
eBay sucks.

Yeah iv been extremely careful, And its all above board, I just think its absolutely ridiculous that if someone reports your listing it can get taken down automatically..
I lost two sales because of this!

Not a happy eBayer right now!

I'm sorry to hear of the problems you have wih ebay. You won't get very far with that inquiry. Maybe try another auction site for that product.

Its ridiculous I've got a email regarding a survey on ''Please tell us how your experience was with your issue so we can make our eBay service a better place'' then at the bottom of the email it says ''Please note: You may get this email before eBay have even responded to your initial email'' Lol... How can i fill out that survey if i haven't even started!
Seems like im getting everything through except and actual response.. Annoys me that my competitions listings remain and getting sales.

Honestly, i think reselling stuff on auction sites is really hard now. Especially non-branded stuff.
You can make money dont get me wrong but all the niches are getting crowded. I've had one case where i bought $1200 worth of stock, looking at the cost they were selling for thought i would make a fortune. Making about %300 markup. Had to wait 5 weeks to get them, by the time i got them they were selling for a few more dollars than what i bought them for.
Now im stuck with a shit load of boxed , LOL.
