ebay refunds!

Hey this person bought my product from my ebay which is a replica, it was sent to them yesterday they found out it was a replica...

now they want a refund!

They sent me a email on ebay:
"I received the X today and found them not to be X but a very cheap copy that you have overcharged me for I would like to return. item not a described, it is against ebay rules not to state that are a copy and i am entitled to a full refund"

Then they opened an paypal dispute and wrote this:
"X, I recieived the X today and they are a very cheap copy that sell for a lot less than you charged me for the second hand ones, i require a full refund of the purchase price and postage!"

My paypal account is a fake and doesnt have my real info on it.

So what do I do now... if I give the guy his money back should I get the item back too? I'd have to email him my real address....


What to do?

If he had made a paypal dispuit about your item i think you are almost won because paypal only checks if the item is delivered or not. You need to provide them your reciept for shipping. Since they have already seen the image of your item i hope its their mistake to order. More over they have already recieved the item .

If You have a Shipment Paper, Upload it To Paypal! He may also Put a Dispute in Ebay For Item Not As Described!

Well, Better is to do a Refund and stay clean! Well, If He do a Chargeback, Nothing would help you! Thats another point!

I agree, just refund. If you were selling a fake as a real, they deserve a refund. I would be pissed if I bought something thinking it were real, and it wasn't.

It kind of sucks that you sold something as real. I would just refund the money. You will likely lose the dispute, "item not described" is almost indisputable. Good thing it's not tied to your actual information.

just refund the money, but ask him to ship the item back first. If he files a claim and paypal decides in his favor he will still have to ship the item back.
