ebay questions

hey guys
i work for a store who sells fitness equipment
we have an account on ebay.at and yesterday i added some products
today when i try to login it tells me that the password is wrong.i tried in different browsers with the correct password but still wont let me login
its not a password issue
we access the account from different ips and different countries, could that be a problem ?

and anotehr q, we want to buy the top shop feature for lower posting fees of products but we need 10 sales and 4 reviews, any good ways to bring the initial sales coming ?

hi, you need to ask eBay to send you password so that you can login again and change back your password.
If you login with unusual ips, ebay will notice that and request to send you verification code by mail, so you need to put this code when you login.
Top shop need to have minimum requirement that you may not reach at the moment, you can ask your local ebay CS office for details.
