Hello, i have one question about ebay. If they limited my account and they want me to call them, can i call them with some voip app and vpn? They can't find me somehow?

They can tell if you're not calling in from US based land line or cell, so it's not recommend if you are limited already, as it may trigger a document request.

DO NOT use a smartphone app. i have in the past and all of them have failed! i would not use smartphone apps for anything related to Ebay or Paypal
