hey guys i'm just wondering, How does ebay know if an item is fake or not..? For an example. lululemon Hoodies.

They sell on ebay for $80 and brand new there over 120 bucks, I can tell there fake due to the price but how can ebay? why can't you just take off the tags and say there new without tags or pre-owned? How does ebay know you don't have a ton of hoodie in your closet you have out grown and selling them off??

there are different reasons to get it removed, duplicate listing, copyright and other reasons. Copyright is the worst one.

They send u a message giving you a reason, 3 warning can get u banned.

well sorry what i meant to say was, like what companies are apart of the V*** Team. like I see people selling lululemon hoodies that I know are fake due to the price.. but how do they know if there fake or not and be able to ban you..

Also forgot to include above, I dont know how they can tell becuase if someone pulls the tags off the hoodie and sells it as pre-owned or new without tags.. the fakes look EXACT to the real ones of lululemon.. Are they on the v*** team.

ebay will give u reason why list remove

yeah i know they will remove the ad, but how do they know if its a fake..becuase you can just pull the tags off and say its preowned. and they have no clue..

what about warnings for dups? how many you need in order to get your account removed? do they expire?
