Maybe this info I found might help you get on the ebay pulse page or even write a script to automate the process.
I must warn you though, don't try this from HOME.., use these methods at your own risk because this is very blackhat and WILL get you banned if not using proxies or computers at your local hotel, library, cafe, ect.

In case you didn?t know, the pulse is ranked by number of ?watchers?
Today, 1000 watchers wouldn?t even get you close to the main pulse page.
The reason........ sellers have found a little loophole in the eBay system that
allows them to add as many watchers to their auctions as they want to.
The secret lies within the new ?Guest Watch? feature
In case you haven?t seen it yet, the guest feature is something that eBay
very recently added. Log out of your eBay account and do a search for
one of your auctions.
You will notice that while you are logged out, you have the ability to add
your auction to your ?guest watch list?
Go ahead and hit the ?watch this item? link and see what happens.
You will be taken to a login page where you can either log into your
account or log in as a guest.
Log in as a guest and you will see that you have one item on your ?guest
watch list?.
Now go back to the auction page and you will see that you are not able to
add the auction to your watch list a second time.
At least that?s the way eBay intended it to work but they overlooked
something.
Something kind of important.
Adding an item to your watch list saves a ?cookie? to your computer. With
that cookie in place, eBay knows that you have already added the item
and will not let you add it again.
But what if that cookie wasn?t there?
Well, that kind of changes things.
Without that cookie, you can hit that ?watch this item? link as many times
as you?d like and a new ?watcher? will be added each time you click it!
Setting your browser to delete and not accept new cookies....
For Windows users (Internet Explorer) ....
Click on Tools, Internet Options and choose the "General" tab.
Click the button "Delete Cookies"
To not accept new ones, click on the "Privacy" tab and move the slider
bar all the way to the top,
This will block all new cookies.
For Mac users (Safari browser) ....
From your Safari menu select ?preferences?
Next to Accept Cookies select ?Never? and then hit ?Show Cookies?
Hit ?Remove all? and then hit ?Done?
You can now hit the ?watch this item? link as many times as you?d like and
get a new ?watcher? each time.
A couple of things to keep in mind here....
Deleting your cookies will make your computer not remember a few things
like passwords to sites that might automatically remember your password.
A few things may need to be reconfigured when you reset your computer
to accept cookies again.
Are your fingers getting tired just thinking about all these mouse clicks it?s
going to take to get to the pulse?
Don?t worry, it gets easier....
Many of the pulse cheaters are doing this manually and maybe you don?t
mind spending hours in front of your computer clicking your mouse over
and over again.
Me, I?ve got better and more productive things to do so I found some
software that will automate the process.
Go to http://www.quickeys.com and download a free trial of their software.
This software totally automates many processes and one of the things
you can do is program it to go to any url (web address), then wait a
certain amount of time (I use 3 seconds) and then go to the url again. It?s
a fairly tough program to learn but just this task is pretty simple.
Here?s how to set up Quickeys...
Install as per their instructions and open the program.
From the ?Create? menu, select ?Internet?
From there, select ?Web Address?
A new window will open and you will see a drop down menu with the
option of ?Open URL? selected. Leave that one alone.
In the box that says ?web address to open?, type in....
http://cgi1.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?MakeTrack&item=YOUR ITEM #
Now go back up to the ?Create? menu and under the QuicKeys menu,
select ?Pause?
A new box will appear under the web address you typed in. This is where
you will set the delay between clicks. I have a good broadband cable
connection and a 3 second delay works just fine for me.
If you?ve got a really fast internet connection you could probably set it for
a shorter time and of course a longer time for a slower connection.
Something you?ll have to play with and test out a bit.
Now go back and look at the URL you put in. Under it and to the right you
will see two arrows pointing down labeled ?step results?. Click on the first
arrow.
The ?inspector? box window will open and this is where you set what the
software does after each task. You can set it for success or failure of the
first task.
In this case, you want to set both for ?continue to next step?
Now do the same thing for the ?pause? step and set them to ?jump to
step? then check the ?jump to specific step? button and in the box beside
it, put in ?1?
Now you?re in business!
You?ve just set up the software to click on the ?add to watch list? link, wait
a few seconds and do it again and again and again.
Keep in mind that unless you have your browser set to open new pages
in the same window, it will open a new window each time it hits the url.
This ?watch? manipulation has been a problem on eBay for a little while
now and they don?t seem to be doing anything about it.
Why?
I just don?t know.
I?m really hoping that with the mass release of this report that the problem
becomes even bigger so they are forced to stop it.
