Ebay pissed me off

    I drop ship some of my items and others I ship personally. One buyer bought a item that was delivery time "15-20 business days."

    I wake up this morning to negative feedback saying shipping was too slow.
    He ordered it Oct. 18 and it came Nov. 1.

    Now I noticed that my listings aren't showing up near the top anymore. Almost unseen now!

    F U EBAY and F U PAYPAL!

    why is this ebay or paypal problem?

    talk to the buyer and make him to change feedback.

    OP, I feel for ya bro. The stories I could tell.

    I had this one douche-ette ( <---female version ) buy my stuff...then opens dispute wanting money back.

    Wait for it.....

    Her excuse is its fake and against ebay rules to return it or some shit like that....mainly wants to scam me.

    I refuse....

    She gets the douchebay agents on me and she gets her way.

    ( big surprise right? )

    To add salt to the wound she leaves me a negative also.

    Maximum strength douche doesnt touch it. :chairfall

    That sucks, but you should be able to go back to ebay and that person and state that in your shipping terms it says 15-20 days.

    So the guy ended up revising the feedback after I offered a refund and for him to keep the item.

    I lose $60 but I think I'll make it back.

    Yeah man it sucks, I got an awesome contact in the UK but it takes 14 days for cust to get product in US, it's just not worth the risk. You can tell customer shipping takes a long time but they can still leave neg feedback and plus, if shipping takes a long time, and on top of that there is problem with merchandise you are sure to get neg feedback. Peace.
