Hey guys,
so ebay decided to completly blocked our account which is fully confirmed. It's legal business not any kind of stealth account or something simmilar. We are trying to get in touch but autoresponder gives us a same info every time, that case is closed. Any idea how to deal with that? How to contact some real person in eBay and get account active again?

How old is your account?
and are you selling high risk items?
 
1 month old, i would say yes. But is fully legit business created in my country and i did not think i can be banned like stealth account

If you register a new account with your old personal information you will get banned again
 
Some erotic accessory as it sells pretty well on country market. I know it can be called "risky" but a lot of stuff like this on ebay and account is legit will all informations

To sell erotic articles on Ebay you must get confimred before by ebay themself. Otherwise your account will get banned directly.

If you had a business account, try to call the support and talk to them about the issue. No emails, because no one will answer.

Its totally wrong of ebay to ban you. maybe your buyer reported.
