Lots of things have changed since you opened them .
Try opening one now with mismatched details on ebay and paypal !
It will be flagged pretty damn quick.
My business is creating these things so i kind of know what will work and what eventually doesnt.
Its not a long term solution.
Hmm, I probably should revise myself here. I have multiple accts, most of them are years old. One of my main ones was established in July 2012, and the info is fake, and only the email matches the EB acct info. The acct is verified with no problems.
Also, I did in fact make another acct recently. I made one for a friend who wanted to buy websites from EB (told her they suck, but she wanted to). The info on both EB and PP are fake, with no matches, like I usually do. We used a prepaid card that comes with it's own checking type of acct to verify it, and it's a completely working acct, restrictions gone. Like I said, it is in PP's TOS to have more than one acct if you want a business and a personal acct, so for these cases the info doesn't have to match.
Besides, the OP said only the name is different, the address is still the same, so making another acct would be unnecessary in this case anyway.
